Some UK firms are struggling to fill roles demanding digital skills, so how easy is it to retrain?
@cerberus I don't think this is so much about how easy it is to retain - more about how difficult it's going to be to get into an industry that expects previous experience rather than giving newcomers a chance.
Take the infosec industry - requiring the farcical CISSP accreditation before they even consider you for an interview. Some of the best hackers in the world remain undetected to this day, yet haven't sat pointless exams.
